HYROX

HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines functional strength exercise with endurance running. Competitors complete 8 rounds of 1km runs followed by a functional workout in this order 1. 1000m Ski Erg 2. 50m Sled Push 3. 50m Sled Pull 4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps 5. 1000m Row 6. 200 Farmers Carry 7. 100m Sandbag Lunges 8. 100x Wall Balls.


BabyWeight

This class is specifically designed for postnatal women returning to exercise. Bring your baby along in a carrier as your resistance and train alongside a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach.

Classic Weightlifting

A class dedicated to breaking down technique and functionality. Spend 45 minutes learning all about classic lifts and how to execute them correctly.
