Dan is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals who suffer from overuse injuries and muscle imbalances. With a background in exercise science and rehabilitation, he has a keen eye for identifying movement imbalances and biomechanical issues, allowing him to design customized exercise programs. These programs typically are designed to address poor posture, strengthen under active muscles, improve flexibility and restore proper movement patterns to enhance overall function and performance.
Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and is a certified Exercise Correction Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Dan's career has brought him all over the world from San Diego, CA to Denver, CO and more recently Auckland, New Zealand. He has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes looking to enhance their performance to individuals recovering from surgeries or dealing with chronic conditions. His experience spans various settings, including commercial gyms, rehabilitation centers, and private studios.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lauren specializes in helping women navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Her expertise lies in corrective exercise, ensuring that clients not only regain their strength but also move with ease, functionality, and confidence in their daily lives.
Lauren has worked in diverse environments, from commercial gyms and boutique studios to creating tailored fitness programs for clients in the comfort of her home studio. As a mother of three boys, She understands the unique challenges that come with balancing family life and personal wellness.
Lauren’s approach is rooted in empowering women to feel strong and capable—whether they're lifting weights, managing day-to-day activities, or recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. She takes great pride in designing individualized programs that are both effective and adaptable to clients' changing needs, helping them feel healthier, stronger, and more balanced in every aspect of life.
